We are not a lender, NBFC, or bank. We do not provide loans, credit, or any financial product directly.
2. Partner Lenders
We only connect users with RBI-registered banks and NBFCs.
All loan agreements are executed directly between the user and the respective lender, governed by the lender's terms and conditions.
3. No Guaranteed Approval
Loan approval is not guaranteed. Final approval, interest rate, loan amount, and tenure are decided solely by the lender based on your eligibility and credit profile.
We do not influence or control the lender's approval decision.
4. No Direct Loan Disbursal
We do not disburse loans. All loan amounts are disbursed directly by the lender (bank or NBFC) into the user's account.
We do not collect any upfront fees from users for loan inquiries or eligibility checks.
5. Limitation of Liability
Tzarion is not responsible for the lender's terms, interest rates, processing fees, or any decisions made by the lender.
We do not accept liability for losses arising from loan agreements between the user and the lender.
6. Data Usage
We collect user information solely to assess eligibility and connect you with suitable RBI-registered partner lenders.
Your data is shared only with relevant lending partners with your consent and is never sold to third parties.
